An ASP is an Accredited Staging Professional.  An ASP is trained to focus on improving a property so that it is appealing to as many buyers as possible, which increases the likelihood that the buyer’s offer will be closer to the listing price.  “Curb appeal” is real and the concept is not limted to the outside of a property.
