Vacant Homes

We can completely or partially stage your vacant home with attractive furnishings and accessories. Located in the Phoenix Metro area, Set the Stage Arizona has a large inventory of beautiful, quality accessories for rent or purchase at reasonable rates! We’ll work with you to obtain furnishings based on your budget. Should you need to rent furniture and/or accessories from a rental company, we’ll arrange to accept delivery and complete the staging that day and to return for the rental pick up.

Time: approximately 3-5 days

Fee: Prices vary based on the square footage of the home and the number of rooms to be staged, but it’s usually between $1.00 -$1.25 per square foot.
