I know there are home sellers with the ability to stage their own homes; all they need is the kind of information a detailed consultation by Set the Stage Arizona can provide. A consultation includes the following:

• An objective look at your home from the point of view of a home buyer.
• Notes regarding the first impression your home makes, a study of the layout of your home, it’s traffic patterns, lighting, paint, and needed updates/repairs.
• A room by room detailed report recommending personalized staging strategies you can use to sell your home faster and for more money.
• Included in this written report will be curb appeal recommendations, a staging to do list, ways to make your home look like a model home, and ideas for organizing closets as well as the garage!

You will also be provided with information that will help you prepare for OPEN HOUSES and REALTOR showings.  With this information, you can make your own home ready for sale.

Depending on your home’s size, the consultation takes approximately 2 to 4 hours.
